The Crane Lamp is an elegant movable desk lamp handcrafted from solid hardwood and brass. Inspired by the shape of the Crane bird extending its neck to catch prey, the Crane lamp is an elegant mix of art and engineering that will capture imaginations and stir creativity. 

With minimal effort you can position light source at a height which suits you. The lamp extends from 45cm high to 95cm high at its tallest. The body of the lamp continuously changes shape when the lamp is moving, creating limitless patterns of structure and shape. The toothed brass wheel ensures the lamp moves incredibly smoothly between positions.

The lamp is lovingly handcrafted from long lasting hardwoods which have been finished in danish oil to bring out the colour and warmth of the wood. All the moving parts have been precision machined especially for the Crane Lamp from solid brass.

The lampholder is a brass E27 Edison screw fitting and comes with an E27 filament bulb (as pictured). The lamp will come fitted with a 3 pin UK plug, if you would like a 2 pin US or European plug please send an email to info@animarodesign.com quoting your order number.
